Somebody posted on here a while back that you can reddem skycard points for money into a skybet account, then transfer the money into your linked current account. I have tried to do this, and it keeps telling me that I am trying to withdraw more than my balance. I now can't find the original thread on this. Advice anybody!?

No it wasn't - the thread I was thinking of suggested that you could get your money to your current account without actually making a bet.

You must bet the free bet before you can withdraw the funds. I have a Skycard to get the free bets (around £120 per month :D ) and am able to 'arb out' the stakes using various other bookies.

Say Skybet are offering evens on eg: A. Tennis-Player to win his match against A.N.Other and you bet £10 on him to win.
Whereas Acme Betting are offering odds of evens on A.N.Other to win the same match so you put £10 on Other to win.
Whatever happens you win £20 (the same amount as you bet) which you can then withdraw.
There are lots of threads on this in the Gambling forum.
