I just can't imagine that anyone would actually be pouty over missing out on something as inconsiquential as a takeaway, to me it'd more likely be a symptom of a crappy day at work or something.

I doubt Mr Birdie was actually in a mood over it, i read that it as if it was probably just a sort of "aww i want chinese, why is there no chinese for me" type thing :o

Of course if it is that he wants to jack his job in, i will stand corrected lol :rotfl:

Thanks everyone. We are hopefully moving in the weekend of the 16th of April as that is when we should get keys. Poddle - yep it is in Hemel Hemspstead.

Lulu - congrats on the job, that is great news even if it is just for a few weeks a year.

Birdie - bless your OH. I think men must feel a bit left out on the wedding stuff sometimes as not as much of it is for them.

    Have a great time Lara!

Lulu's right about Mr Birdie, he was just having a 'I want Chinese tooooooooo' sulk, not a genuine mood. Takeaways may be inconsequential things to normal people but OH doesn't like missing out on food! :rotfl:

I was with OH's Mum this morning and she said that she'll get his wedding outfit (although it's only a shirt and shorts!) so that'll make him happy!

Sounds like you had a nightmare day yesterday Lulu! Hope your feet are dry now!

OH is like that all the time, definitely a bit of over analysing there i think :D
He quite regularly has little strops over random things!

Im sure NIM must get 'moody' over silly things aswell? - no man is perfect lol :o

I think it took mine about 3 weeks to come guys so don't dispair quite yet!! and it took the first one even longer. I've paid mine into my account and I had a little bit of my overdraft still there that I didn't realise so I have transferred that to my more active current account so I am feeling a little more flush but still have a water bill to pay this week and rent on the 1st so there is still some money to be found! Also I've decided I want to buy a lacrosse stick so some money needs to start being saved for that!! :( It is nearly my birthday though yey!!
And I should check when I'm getting my student loan through - and maybe try to get some work over easter, gosh I hate worrying about money!!

Pretty sure it'll turn up sooner or later but I'd really like mine to get here by Thursday as I'm going into town then and it's much more convenient to be able to pay it in then. Otherwise, it means going into town especially to go to the bank and more bus fare (which isn't cheap in and out of where I live) so I'm being impatient because of that really!

I know what you mean dippy, it can be really annoying to make a special trip! thats why I paid mine into my natwest cos theres loads on campus so I pay stuff into there and then just transfer it accross because its easier than going to lloyds lol.
I hope you get it back as soon as!
I really need to make some headway with my reviews, done 2 this weekend but thats not very many for a weekend! Might try and steal something from the boys house to review before I leave!! hows everyone else doing?

Haven't done any for a couple of days. I'm waiting for a book suggestion to be processed and I'll have some to do once I've worked my way through my stack of books that need reading and reviewing but after that .... maybe I should review my target to 20k as that's going to be challenging enough!
