Dinah - great news that you are off the blood pressure tablets and also about the mortgage being offered. At least things are progressing! That is so annoying about dooyoo too.
I loved saved by the bell, brilliant programme.
Good news for us. Today we found a flat we really like so we have paid the first part and it is being held for us, we just need to sort out the forms etc, exciting! It is a really nice flat that is in a newish development. It has two good sized bedrooms,so my sister will be moving in with us for a while. It also has an en suite on our room and another bathroom too. The development has got two restaurants and its own mini supermarket type thing and hairdressers and pub so is lovely. It is overlooking a lock for canal boats which is so lovely. It is only a five min walk to train station so wont take me too long to get to work either.
We need to get some furniture etc as is unfurnished so is going to be an expensive couple of months but am so excited!0 -

I hope we get it before next week too! I doubt it will take that long, but have nothing to compare it too. I know the feeling on reviews! Done 3 yesterday and was buzzing from it and today i have only managed a paragraph! I put a new one up a couple of hours ago
Wendz that sounds great, hope everything goes smoothly.0 -

I've had 2 or 3 cheques in the past and the last two arrived within 7-10 days of redeeming. It's been almost 2 weeks for me now (2 weeks on Sat) since I redeemed so I'm not sure now if it'll come in time for when it's convenient to pay it in (for me). Bet mine turns up next Fri or after I've left for town on Thurs! Would be nice if they came tomorrow though!ISA savings: £25,139 Other Savings: £1750 (tied up in bond)0 -
