Did some baking this morning, happily cooking atm, looking forward to my first post on the new blog. Was difficult to make anything to be honest as we had no eggs, flour, milk, cream, sugar and only a dab of butter!

You know when you go to the supermarkets that have all the deli counters with those HUGE blocks of cheese (I think they're 10kg or something!) and you choose how much you want off it? Well 2 weeks ago Teso had those in the to clear section for £4 each, reduced from £44, and still 3 weeks to go! So mum got one, and it's anything to use it up really!
