lol, i usually get bootsing-so are you meaning if we order online we will get 2 GWP? Only i cant see them doing it instore.....is it just me?
last year I tried this in a couple of stores and they point blank refused to do it. They insisted it was only one gwp over the £22 spend but no more, I could have spent £1000:eek: I would only get 1!

So, Sandra, fount of all knowledge:rotfl:, if I've still got a £5 voucher ( actually I think I've got 2 of them) plus £24 in points to spend, and a bit of cash, what else could we use these on? I'm hoping to get gifts for 2 or 3 teenagers/young women and a bit of P and P for myself!
Looking forward to hearing people's suggestions...

They have done this in store, it's typically best to make the purchase somewhere other than the No7 counter, as they are more likely to be hard-nosed about it and not even try to scan the items. If you go to another till and they scan the mirror first, then the two gifts should scan just fine without a beep, so the SAs will just stick them in your bag. ;)

Also, would have to double check my coupon, but those of you who have the voucher for 5 quid off electricals can probably use this with the mirror too (the voucher came in the mailing to those lucky enough to get one). This would make the 24.99 mirror down to 14.99 and two no7 gifts if you use it and the no7 voucher.

Edit: Just checked, looks like it should work. The voucher says it's for if you spend over 30, but the mirror originally was that much, so it should work. A couple of years ago when the mirror was only 19.99 to start, I used this coupon, and two No7 5-quid vouchers (this was back when they had ones with two different barcodes and they worked together!) to get a mirror for 5 pounds!

Edit again: Just noticed the mirror is 20 online! If it's the same in-store, then with the no7 voucher you should get it and two gifts for 15, and with the electrical beauty voucher you should get all that for 10. not bad!

Has anyone used the No7 Rechargeable Manicure Set? Some of their electricals are rubbish, but if it's not I may get this next week with my vouchers and a gwp, too.

I'm thinking of getting this for my daughter. The big question is - Is it any good? DD struggles to do hert makeup in her room as sit's a bit dark so she balances herself on the bed doing it right in front of the window but that won't help on dark mornings. The reviews aren't amazing on .com but for a bargain price I could be tempted but if it's rubbish it would sit there unused cluttering the place up.

    any reviews? TIA K
  • i worked in boots last christmas on no 7 and we were told to give one bag per 22 spend so if spent 50 would get 2 gifts with purchases, so i think it depends on each account manager to be honest.. hope this helps....

    Hi KarenBB

I got this last year for my DD. I would say the mirror itself is good, but the illuminated side of things leaves a bit to be desired. I got mine cheap using various vouchers - paid less than £10 and got lots of extra points with No 7/ACM vouchers - and did indeed get two GWPs (which then provided 2 further no 7 point vouchers .....). So it felt like I was being paid to take it away and I would probably do the same again in terms of VFM. So total bargain, but if it is the "illuminatedness" that is making you consider getting this, then I suspect there are much better mirrors out there.

For £20 or less it's very good. I wouldn't pay more than that. I use mine most days, the magnify side is very useful.

Not sandra lol but i have a suggestion. You cant use your £5 off vouchers and pay with points so thats out the window. I can tell you though if you are not in a hurry for p&p it might be worth hanging on as there could be a p&p ootw before christmas.

For gifts not sure how much you want to spend but how about getting 3 No 7 Nail Collection + free gwp for £20 and if you are paying cask you could take the 250pts voucher out the gwp and get 250pts too or if you pay for the gifts with points you could save the 250pts voucher and use it with your £5 off one and get a nail varnish, wipes or something else.

You cant use the £5 off vouchers with electricals or gift though that is the only downside.

EDITED - You could use your no 7 vouchers with the 342. Bath and body should still be on 342 come wednesday so you could get e.g.
    3 x Body Wash for £25.50 + gwp
    - £8.50 342 = £17
    - £5 no 7 voucher = £12
and use your 250pts out gwp. (sneak this out your gwp before you head to the check out.

EDITED AGAIN - New mag will be out this week so might have a no 7 voucher of some sort in it.

I miss the old Boots Grabbit too - is there any chance of it coming back please?! Anyone?! :D There seems to be so much going on in Boots at the moment that it would be great to have all the Boots related info, tips & chat together but that's just my opinion :)
    Thanks!
    :p
