RM Tracking on Google

If you put a Royal Mail tracking number into google.co.uk it recognises what it is and takes you straight to the page with its tracking info on the RM site. I find thiseasier than going to the royalmail.com and finding the tracking page.
I understand that it may also work with Fedex, UPS and other carriers' numbers but haven't any recent tracking numbers to try it with.

or just bookmark it http://track.royalmail.com/
or if you like create a custom search in your browser
eg in Opera right click in the track & trace box
then select create search
select your search letter(s) eg RM
then save it0
