National Lottery Tottaly Irresponsible

I just got this from the National Lottery ([EMAIL="subscriptions@national-lottery.co.uk"]subscriptions@national-lottery.co.uk[/EMAIL]):
No personal detail (ie dear Anthony) or account number, it look at first like a scam email asking me to log into a clone site but checking it out its genuine.
I'm shocked the National Lottery will send out such an irresponsible email, scammers can do the same thing with a link to a clone site.
On their own web site under how to spot a scam email the list these emails as safe:
Yet the one they used is not there but must be genuine as it ends @national-lottery.co.uk.
