Snow Machine is not working product is Soundlab

I have a Snow Machine the product is made by Soundlab unfortunately it stopped working on Xmas day, the fluid ran out and it took me a couple of seconds to quickly switch it off. I filled the tank back up with fluid and turned it on again and it doesn't work. Most likely I have damaged the pump! I have searched on the internet to find the address, email, website or telehone number of soundlab manufacturers but I seem to come up with no information. Can anyone give me the details of how to contact this company or any advice on how to repair the mini snow machine? Many Thanks

Never had any experience so cant give you exact answers. But does it 'sound' like its trying to pump? Might just be full of air that needs clearing first

Snow/fog/haze/smoke machines don't like being run without fluid. My smoke machine had a user resettable thermal cutout. Yours may have something similar.

It is making the right noises, the same as it did before when the fluid went through it to produce foam snow, but now the foam isn't coming out of the nozzle and the tank is full of liquid. I can see me having to buy a new one for Xmas 2010. I actually have 2 snow machines and the same thing happened to the first one I bought 4 years ago. I really need to contact the company that makes them but I can't find their details on the internet at all.
