Hi all, i just checked my bank account as all our token payments have now been sent we bank with first direct in the process of getting a natwest account. It seems they have received the 2 cheques we sent them for the loan payment & a credit card payment.
this is what my bank statement looks like
paid out paid in
31/12/2009 100020 6.05 2118.82 100021 80.10 PER POST 6.05 PER POST 80.10
so the have given me the money back? i dont understand. Why would they not accept the token payment. Im now really worried already

Hi FF
Might I suggest you start off by calling the bank to obtain their rationale? It might save you a lot of speculation all round and ensure that everyone is able to provide you with responses based on broader information;)
In the meantime try not to worry too much - and remember to be calm and focussed when you call the bank and if not pleased with their response, ask to have the response in writing - just in case.HSBC Term loan:[STRIKE]£3,572.80[/STRIKE] ; [STRIKE]£3,215.52[/STRIKE]; £2,858.24:eek: :Barclaycard:[STRIKE] £1,600[/STRIKE];£1,311.05:eek:
