I am looking into this for a friend. She is with Nemo personal finance and has an insurance called PPP - first of all is this what she can claim back please? She was mis-sold as was told years ago that she couldn't get out the loan if she hadn't taken it out.
She has 2 loans from Nemo, the PPP amounts are:
Nemo loan 1 £3217.50 (well it says optional ppp loan £2264.58 - I think maybe the £3k figure is the interest?)
Nemo loan 2 £9480.00 (again as above .. another figure says £4950.00)
I think these figures are right, I am trying to work it out from her sheets.
also where would I send the letters to please
I am sorry this is vague, I have claimed mine back and had a successful letter back - not had the money but fingers crossed - and I thought I would try helping my friend but its not as clear to read as mine is... thank you

Hi and welcome.
The answer is yes.
I was successful a while ago through the FOS when trying to reclaim from Nemo.
They are difficult, but keep at them, if they don't resolve it then the Financial ombudsman (FOS) will look into this.
Was the loan sold by Nemo or a broker?
If a broker then your mate should write to these, if sold directly by Nemo then its Nemo you write to.
I would go for it, do not worry about the figures or writing the figures on the letter, but check the link below for more info with useful guidelines of reclaiming, and template letters, post all letters by recorded delivery for proof of posting.

Please ask for help anytime as well, good luck and please keep us posted.

Just re-read your post, there are 2 loans, so in this case if mis sold on both then write to whoever sold this finance.
I take it the 2nd one was the loan advance, then this one you would write to nemo, but the first one if arranged by a broker then write to the broker on the first one only.
As above in my above post, if the 2 loans were directly sold by Nemo, then write one letter to complain about the 2.;)
Hope this helps. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
hi thank you for your reply. I have just spoken to her and she said she had the first loan and then got a bigger loan so it would just be the 1 bigger one she would claim for, and she went through a broker so will get her to give me all details before I compile the letter
thanks again0 -

Your welcome.;)
I would pursue on both.
I did.;)
My first one was sold by a broker and it was pursued through them, although the broker dissolved, it was made through the Financial compensation scheme.
The 2nd one was dealt with directly with Nemo.
Go for it, the chances are your friend was mis sold on both PPI.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"0
