Iphone but don't want Sky app... .

I know that this is a bit cheeky but I would really like to try the Sky Mobile TV app on my iPod Touch. There's a special offer if you have an O2 iPhone where you get three months free to try it out, but of course I don't have one... . Is there any chance that somebody with an iPhone doesn't want to use the app and would be willing to let me have their free code...? If you don't ask...and all that! Thanks anyway... .

Thanks for the reply; I've been using that website for a while. I'm looking forward to when they have Dave on there :-p
The Sky app seemed really intriguing: seems I'll be able to watch the football on my iPod. There are conflicting reviews regarding picture quality, buffering, etc which I assume is down to wifi connection, so this three months free seemed like a good way to check it out before paying!0 -
I've got the sky mobile tv on iphone and have to say quality is excellent0

iPhone and mob tv are my savors on long train trips.0

Thank you both for your replies. I'm tempted to just get a month's subscription and check it out. Hopefully my wifi will be up to it... .0

I've got about a 2mb connection at home, and found that the sky app worked ok... however, I have sky at home, and have no need for the app at £6 a month, was a waste of money, so I cancelled.... if you have over 1mb, you should be ok.
if you have buffering problems, it might be worth changing DNS on your internet connection, as that and affect things a bit...

Thanks for the reply. Don't have Sky at home so this seems like a good opportunity if the quality's okay.0 -

Honestly, you're better off just going with a skyplayer subscription online, because watching on a laptop, will be MUCH better than just an iPhone...
And it's the same, 1 month only subscription, and I'm sure the same cost for the sports channel packs..

Thanks, I didn't realise you could get it on the PC. I've been looking on the website and google but can't really work out the prices; it seems that the sports package is only cheap as an extra to a basic package. I don't have any packages at the moment... .0
