I tried a bottle yesterday and found it to be too sweet - but it is a bottle we bought years ago from there so I wouldn't be surprised if it has improved.

i really like it, much better than baileys

i find the taste good but the alcohol taste seems stronger than in baileys and i'm not a huge drinker so i prefer baileys though i can personally vouch for lidls cherry liquer and their ameretto, both tasty and cheap :T

i like the cherry liquer watered down a bit with tap water, makes for a lovely strongly flavoured cherry drink and dampens down the alcohol taste, very nice and relaxing :T

i shall have to try making a trifle with it sometime, i have half a bottle in my fridge as we speak!

Isn't their coffee liqueuer like bailleys made from wine instead of whiskey? I know they used to sell ones years ago that was wine based
