How much for roof tile vent?

Hi wondered if anyone could help, i have had my bathroom re-fitted and wanted to put an extractor fan in bathroom ceiling. The electrician says this needs to be vented to roof but i have no ventilation roof tile( not sure if thats what it is called). Want to try and get this done as electrician says he cant fit lights/fan till this has been done. Would i just need one ventilation tile in roof abd any idea how much this would likely to be. Have been waiting 6wks now for someone to come and give me a price really fed up now and just want bathroom finished. Thanks.

they can vary a lot in price. depends on your tile/slate etc..
very roughly 20 quid for the tile and similar amount for the fitting kit.

    labour costs??? 100/200 quid?

You don't necessarily need one. He can (or should be able to) use a flexible duct in a U shape to a soffit outlet. That assumes your soffits are wide enough to take a standard outer grille/shutter. This is quite normal.

The cost is prolly another 30 minutes of your sparky's time.
