Beanie I loved that link
Right, moneysaving news.....slim to b*gger all I'm afraid! I've been using being busy as an excuse to buy lots of junk food, and am ashamedCurrent money is sitting as:
PAD/Spends - £32
Groceries - £46.16
Entertainment - £22.77
Purse - £29.59
There are 11 days until payday :eek:
The credit card will be under £100 by the end of the weekend as I'm returning some clothes.
I still only have one item with a bid on it on Ebay, although another had one watcher. It feels like a bit of a waste of time, but even if I make £10 out of it, it's £10 I didn't have before I suppose...
I have also sold another Amazon DVD, so that's another £6.40 winging its way to my account. I don't even have to discount the profit to take account of postage as I got Mr Fresian to post it for me
Off for a shower now as I'm in work for eight this morning and have three loads of washing to put out on the line first!

A Quick Plea (Shameless repost from PAD thread)...
Like quite a few other DFWs, I supplement my income/need for shiny things with comping (entering competitions)
A few of us on the comps board are trying to win this comp which requires Twitter. We don't have enough folk on board to win at the moment, so if anyone has Twitter and wants to give it a go tomorrow, can you please comment on the thread with your Twitter name? It would be greatly appreciated. You could win a massive telly
Thanks!0 -
I've not been aroung much F_F but I have been reading of your escapades. Well done on the sub £2K :j
Can't help you with Twitter I'm afraid - I'm trying to spend less time on t'internet these days (not succeeding but the intention is there)

I would love to come up and visit sometime, once myself and Palema can get together and co-ordinate our schedules!!

Additional MSE funtimes....
Received a brand new Maybelline mascara in the post today. I have no idea where from, I can only assume some kind of comping. It gives me MEGA LASHES
Now, I know that gambling is very bad and above all not MSE but I got an email about a new bingo site with a 300% deposit bonus. Last night I stuck a tenner in, so got an extra £30 to play with. I won naff all last night, but had a couple of games this morning and won £30 real money, so I'm £20 upFunds have been duly withdrawn, losing the rest of my bonus money, but it's free cash so hurrah :j

Palema - Mr Fresian is away the weekend after next so I'll be free all weekend if that suits?
Well a reasonably quiet weekend has been had Chez Fresian. I worked on Saturday for a few hours and went to Morrisons afterwards, picking up muchos bargains. We had whoopsied chicken for dinner last night (slathered in garlic and roasted, yummy!)
Money
PAD/Spends = £32.35
Groceries = £19.30
Entertainment = £22.77
There is £30 in my purse and there are 9 days until payday. It's going to be alright
Annoyingly, only one item sold on Ebay this weekend, but I have relisted the two things I thought were worth something. I have had a question already about a dress asking if there is a BIN price for it, so I have added a BIN of £19.99. It cost £35 new and still has all the tags on it, so it's got to be worth asking for £20 surely?
Three things are going to the Post Office today - a final DVD sale for Amazon, the shoes I sold on Ebay and a new phone for my dad for Fathers Day. I had better run and wrap them all!

In other exciting news, the Quidco for my home insurance has finally moved from Tracked to Validated. If that pays out it's another £100 in the kitty :j
I have to be honest though, I'm thinking of spending money on these shoes. I think I love them.

Found out yesterday that I have won some moisturiser and a face mask from the Glamour website, so the comping is still going well.
All sales have now been posted, and I'm just waiting to receive the money in my bank account - all of it should be received by the end of the week.
I'm hoping to hear about the job interview by the end of the week, more news when I hear something (Soon I hope!)
Nothing MSE to report as I am a dirty, dirty spendthrift
