Good luck in Halifax! If you have time to kill during daylight hours Eureka! is well worth a visit and its conveniently situated slap bang next to the railway station. Its one of my very favourites places to visit. Think I enjoy it even more than the kids do even though the mechanics overalls are too small for me.Saving for a Spinning Wheel and other random splurges : £183.500

I'm back!
The interview went pretty well (I think, could be wrong!) but I have to wait two weeks to find out if I got the job. When I know, you will knowI was knackered when I came back yesterday though - was on trains for ages. I tried to charm my way onto an earlier train home, but the stupid ticket was an off-peak one. Sat in York and ate a manky overpriced sandwich instead :rotfl:
MSE News:
Yesterday my Reward payments arrived for my three accountsso that was a £15 PAD, meaning that *clears throat*
My loan is now under £2,000
My PADs for the rest of the month will mainly be going to my credit card as there is only £130 to pay off on that now, and I would like to clear it ASAP.
Money stuff
PAD = £122
Groceries = £92.46
Entertainment = £37.86
Savings = £1,303.61
Loan balance = £3,289.07
Debt outstanding = £1,985.46
Yesterday I got home to find one of my competition wins - a camera, iPod nano and a portable DVD player. I'm going to try and sell the DVD player and iPod on Gumtree so I don't have to faff about with Ebay withholding my money for selling high risk items. I think I'll do that tomorrow and hopefully sell them over the weekend. I have some DVDs for Amazon too. Free listing on Ebay on Sunday as well, so it's time to trawl for tat again0 -
Well done. :T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T:T0
