Parawood flooring query - thanks

I have used Homebase Parawood on my stairs and upstairs hall and for sake of continuity I would like to extend it in to my bathroom. This is a large bathroom - about 16 sq metres - which doesn't seem to have a condensation problem. However, according to Homebase this flooring is not suitable for bathrooms - could I still use it perhaps with a couple of extra coats of varnish?

Parawood is great for living rooms, bedrooms and hallways etc....but not in areas that are wet/damp on a regular basis.
But well priced flooring.....0
