when you uninstall - check for the ladbrokes casino main folder (probably located in program files) and delete that too - see if that helps

  • beats me.....just gone through it all again...uninstalled.. .cleanup..restarted...downloaded.

it is sat there in programes with the rest of my downloads but cannot get it to open

when i hit properties on the ladbrokes icon, i noticed there is nothing in the start up box is that normal?

how are you uninstalling it ? are you using the add/remove programs tool - or the uninstaller that came with the ladbrokes software?
