Not for me, I'm rubbish at spotting them usually - its the rambling, there / their, you're / your thing that sticks out - no one is genuinely that bad at spelling and grammar on this board - not that I'm snobby 'bout that stuff like :A
With me it depends if I'm sitting up or lying down and how many lagers I've had:rolleyes:

That's not sad mate, those are the soundings of a worried man, at 6 'o' clock this morning I was still singing Lady Gaga's Poker Face......... fukin brilliantly I might add.:D0 -
That front page could have been printed in 2005...... As a 100% increase had been registered by then for many.
Hamish, you must decide which side of the fence you are on.
Only recently did you pull out the bulls favourite graph showing an annualised 2.9% increase in house prices. But according to the article property actually lost money in real terms in the 90's.
Maybe this is going to be another lost decade for property investment.

We have a massive hole in the countries finances. We can't tax incomes much further without tipping the incentive to work further the wrong way. There doesn't seem to be another North sea Oil cash cow comming along shortly. But there is a significant amount of wealth in bricks and mortar. If I was asset rich and cash poor I would not be looking forward to the next decade, wealth tax anyone ?0 -

I only hope that I will have finally reached multi-millionaire status by 2019 to be worried about wealth taxes by then !!

Do you think any such tax would be set at the multi-millionaire level?
To generate sufficient revenue it will need to broad based and catch a good % of people.0 -
How about the government just give everyone a million pounds.
Problem solved.
