hello. Ive managed to kill my laptop. I was installing windows 7 and some how managed to format my hard drive, and havent got a clue what to do now. can somebodu tell me what to do

Upgrading rather than a fresh install I presume?
Hopefully you backed up any important data before you started?

If you only have the Windows 7 upgrade, you will need to re-install your original OS before you can try again. If you have the full retail media, you can just pop it in the drive and boot from the DVD again to start over.
