HI, anyone else had problems with this appalling company. iv'e been waiting since 11/12/09 for a dvd to arrive as a christmas present but if it does arrive i might as well save it for christmas 2010. the never reply to emails and i never get through to their customer service number either. they have appalling feedback on their ebay store which makes me wish i had ordered elsewhere. sorry rant over.

believe there are other posts on here, suggest searching but they are similar to yours above

Bought two xbox games from them, around the 5th of Dec. excellent prices. Took slightly over a week to receive them, I think because it came from a weird foreign island called guernsey.

No problems with them on that occassion and made good savings.

The price was good, but as for it being some foreign island, used to get things from jersey and no probs. Maybe they lie about when they dispatch items.
