How do I remove rebate catcher from my PC?

Can someone advise me on how to delete/remove rebate catcher from my PC. I've gone to control panel-add/remove and get the following error message:

'cannot find installation file'

How do I go about removing it?

Jo.

I've no recollection of ever installing it. It's just there. I've searched on Google and it says it's something to do with Greasypalm which I joined a few months ago but I don't remember it saying they would install rebate catcher.

I don't think it's possible to install it again.

    Grrrr greasypalm crap,

Well apparently it should be in add/remove have a look with http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ dont install Yahoo toolbar if asked, as CCleaner has an uninstaller.

I've got CCleaner. I go to tools and then it brings up a list of different programs that you can uninstall. I found rebate catcher, clicked uninstall and it says 'cannot find installation file' If I click delete it says that it will remove it from the registry but will not uninstall the application. Do I want to delete it from the registry?

Thats incorrect info, If the uninstaller file is missing it means the program has been half removed or corrupt so an install and uninstall is the way to go.

Just gotta find the greasypalm crap to install first.
