Does anyone know what products seem to sell the best and for the best profit ? i've been mooching round ebay for a few weeks now and find the array of stuff on there overwhelming.

do you think if we did know we would post it on here?

good luck with your search for your e bay fortune

i've noticed some things go for silly money and wonder if the bidder was actually bladdered when they placed their bid

I will sometimes sell things on a high BIN with the you must have PayPal button set for between 11pm and 1am on Friday and Saturday nights. can be quite lucrative at times....:D

    |If someone knows the answer to that they will be dong it themselves! That's why you must do your own research.

I was all for buying dog cages in the Far East by the container but after watching the market on EBay for a few months every man and his dog was doing it and margins fell like a stone. Now the established players can probably still make money but they will crush a newbie seller!!

If new folk come into my market to sell I will drop prices hard and fast until they have gone.

Thanks for all your replies, it was mainly out of curiosity than any inclination to get into the buying and selling lark. i get fed up with all my kids clutter and excess clothing without filling my house with stuff to sell too  the mess would drive me insane lol.

Having a stables and kennels i get all my pet products at wholesale but tbh i've never even thought of buying extra to sell on, i guess i'd worry about upsetting the pet shops around me lol :o

I don't even think i'd have the time to get into it in a big way with running a business, bringing up a family and studying at the same time, i don't seem to have enough hours in the day as it is. or maybe i just don't have what it takes to take a big financial risk and be stuck with a pile of !!!!!! that nobody wants :D

i can think of many things to buy in bulk that give you a nice profit, but saying wud just ruin it all for the ppl hu sell those items already. basically you gotta search ebay and amazon. Workout what you can buy cheaply that sum1 else, sumwhere else wants. maybe search local bookshops, car boots, ebay etc, and buy in huge bulk. look at odd times of day, during england matches, check for mis-spelt words and cheap the seller your buying off is ok. Dnt think for a second that the seller offering you 85 brand new PSP's for £35 is a legit seller. well thats my advice anyway
