Prize-A-Day 2010 - Terms & Conditions

Entry to the draws is open to residents of Great Britain, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 and over only, excluding employees and their immediate families of R&R Ice Cream, Nestlè UK Ltd and their agents and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
Promotion dates are 1/1/10 (0.00 GMT) - 3/2/10 (23.59 GMT) inclusive. No entries will be accepted after this date.
No purchase is necessary for the participation to this prize draw.
Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person per prize.
Bulk entries from consumer groups, the trade or third parties will not be accepted
Participants must submit their entry via The Skinny Cow website (http://www.skinnycow.co.uk) to be eligible for the prize draw.
Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
The winner for each prize will be the first entrant drawn at random by an independent person from all valid entries received by the final closing date.
All entries must be received on or before 31/1/10 (23.59 GMT). No entries will be accepted after this date.
All winners will be notified by 9/2/10.
Winners will receive their prizes within 2 months of the promotion closing.
The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with one of similar value should the prize be unavailable for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash or credit alternative available.
