Lx direct access

Hi,
Can anyone help - have started having problems accessing Lx direct web page. Use tiscali broadband. Loads up after a long time and still takes ages to access and usually give up. Have contacted their online help and they say they have no probs with site. Checked internet options on tools menu but don't see anything wrong.

it is most likely to be something with your computer or internet connection.. lxdirect works fine this end.

try running a virus scan. not an expert on IE so i dont know about the settings for your internet, however could somebody else be downloading (if you have a network) because that sounds to me like the page is just timing out.

not very good on techi stuff but have tried all of this - could anyone give details of what to try next. This is the only site I have problems accessing - really stumped. Have wireless router but no - one else is downloading. Thanks

:j Loaded up fine on mine, it could be your pop-up blocker on IE, its tempermental sometimes I tried IE7 but had to take it off as it was useless. T
