Right I'll jump in 1st then

I have put a couple of questions on here and had lots of help.
My debts have spiralled out of control for the past 3 years since I had a baby and went from working full time to part time.
I have been on a DMP for a couple of years but after relocating to Wales it took another 8 mths to find work, after which I continued paying my dmp but faulted a few times and was then cancelled.
I then tried to contact and pay all of my creditors by myself which I again defaulted on and have been receiving letters by the day and up to 5 calls also a day which I am no loger answering.
I called the CCCS and they were lovely the lady I spoke to said enough is enough you've struggled and now you need a break, she the gave me info on the harrasing phone calls I have been getting and sent me some paperwork.
Does this class as speaking to them or do I have to get something specific?
Also I lied to a couple of creditors and said I was getting a payout in jan and would pay in full then to give me time to raise fees and get them off of my back, as you may have guessed I still don't have the fees and the letters have started again, now with doorstep collectors threats.
BR seems to be the only option for me to get out of this big pile of poo I'm in, any details on court, fees or even the paperwork which looks really scary would be gratefully received, sorry for any mistakes, I'm on my phone and this has taken me about half an hour to type!0 -
Hi cullumpster, sorry you seemed to have gotten missed, If you have spoken to CCCS then that will be enough to satisfy the judge
Have you tried filling in the paperwork yet, give it a go if you have any specific questions just post them up and you get all the answers you need. Dont worry about putting the creditors or for a while, some people on here have been doing it for years.
Try and start a new thread, so you will get more attention
