Late payment fee

Does anybody know how to get around a late payment fee on a mint credit card?

    Phone them up tell them you been away on holiday and your making a payment today , then they will ask you how much you paying it works i've do it many times :D

    1) Dont pay late

    2) Set up a DD to ensure you dont pay late

    If it's your first and only missed payement, ring them up with a good excuse. Providing you have a good customer history they will usually let you off this once.
    I sent a payment to Baryclaycard the other day instead of Lloyds. Got fined, but they understood the mistake and let me off.
    NO to pasty tax We won!!!! Just shows that people power works! Don't be apathetic to your cause!

    I always set up a dd for the min payment and then never have to worry if the statement does not arrive in time. All with hindsight of course.

    Yes guys, everyone should lie because they are unorganised and cant be bothered to manage their finances properly
  • Don't miss the payment. If you're so keen on spending the money you are boeeowing, make sure you do not spend the money you will require to pay the borrowed amount PLUS interest back.

    If you mess about with credit card companies, you will soon realise that you will no longer be able to have a credit card.
