    Don't refund until they send them back, if they file a claim with Paypal they will have to send them back via trackable delivery and won't be refunded by Paypal for return postage so will be out of pocket themselves.


    Offered a refund straight away on return postage ! But no response!
    Just worried as I have checked my seller dashboard & I am not performing well on the postage & packaging charges!:o

    Just got my first neg on my business seller account :(

    Neg was for delivery delays :( Guess it was to be expected over the xmas hols
    My DSR's are 5.0 4.9 4.9 and 5.0 and offer free P+P and am down to 99.70% now

    ah kel... negs are horrid but its happened to us all at some point even when it s not your fault and you have tried your best. try to put it behind you and move on to more positive things :)

    Yeh knew it was to be expected, Ive sent a email to all buyers saying about delays etc too of ones I posted not too long ago.
    But the buyer who left they neg hadnt mentioned his hadnt arrived yet so no contact by them except the neg

    Also had a buyer who bought an item Yesterday (after last posting day) ask when he should recieve the item! :rotfl:

    I thought I might prepare lots of the christmas break and then start uploading a couple of weeks into Jan. I might go have a look how sales are going on eBay as I will mostly be listing things from my wardrobe so it should be easy to see if people are shopping for those things at the moment from completed listings

    i think im gona start ebayin again prob last week of jan. i have planned to sit 2day & write descriptions, as i took quite a lot of pics before christmas!

    lets hope i dont get distracted with online shopping in the sales lol!!
