I just had to tell you this. I'm waiting for payment for a DVD from someone in Spain. I emailed them this morning asking if they are paying as they clicked BIN about 3 days ago. She emailed back saying the listing says she has to pay the postman when he delivers the DVD!!!!!!!!!!!! Is this a new service being provided by Royal Mail!!!! This did make me laughNeed to sort my life out! :T0

a quick question abour bin listings.
Do you find that items that have a bin go faster than those on eg 7-10 listings? I do put some things on buy now, and am wondering about adding that to a lot of more of my listings, but Im not very good at working out the value of items, so am likely to put them on for less than I would likely get if people bid.
Thoughts please on buy now vs normal listings just bids

jayne, i like the bin option as you have a 30 day listing, sometimes if i have more than one of something i will do a bin, and then after about 10 days i will send one of them to auction as after a while the bin's sort of drop down, if someone re-sorts the items by newly listed.
not sure if there is a method in my madness!

I tend to do BIN on my Business account, on my personal account I do 7 day auctions but if I list on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday I do 10 day auctions and might add a BIN price too as 10 days is a long time to wait for something to sell. I don't like to have listings finish on Friday, Saturday or Sunday which is why I do 10 day listings on those.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160

Blimey, what planet are they living on 'pay the postman', obviously someone with no common sense (must be related to my OH as sometimes I wonder what planet he is living on!!)Sealed Pot Challenge #0160
