i would just like to say that i have had outstanding service from Newhaven HDNL.
I phoned them to see where my package was, and was told it was at the depot. I said i would collect as not far from home. The lady told me where they were, down to turn left by the burger van!!
when i got there, the driver had not returned with my package, so she said she would drop it off on her way home (even though not on the way!)
she's just left - am very happy - thank you HDNL!!
