I thought i had read something like that on our form but as i forget things easily with this illness i didn't want to say in case I was wrong....0 -

Which form do you mean? There are dozens of different DWP benefit forms, and hundreds of Local Authority ones. I'm not sure any form actually states they can have "access" to anyone's bank account, perhaaps you could provide a quote from the declaration page?0
