remortgaging

is it possible to remortgage 1 month after remortgaging?

    I don't know in principle, but there will probably be early repayment charges, new valuation / arrangement fees and other associated costs, additional credit searches on your record so you'd need to have a strong reason for wanting to incur this.

    It might also make more "footprints" on your credit rating? Why would you want to remortgage? I am thinking the costs would be more than a better deal that you think you might have found.

    I remortgaged 3 months after the initial loan for a better rate than I was previously on. It depends on your mortgage terms.

    I can appreciate the better rate, Millie, but how did that weigh up against the charges for early exit, and setting up a new one?
