Play.com now just a broker like Amazon sellers?

Confused, I was searching for a Tomtom and got to play,com. They only list the product against 3rd party sellers (all who I have never heard of), not shipping it direct themselves. For how long has this been going on?

In my experience as a seller, the feedback stores massively under-rate most 3rd party sellers!
I find only about 15% of people who buy from me through Amazon leave feedback (though all positive so far!); on the other hand I tend to always get feedback for my sales through ebay. (thankfully all positive there too) :T
