Birmingham Midshires Tel Accs

I'm just curious to know if anyone has successfully been able to use the automated service without a hitch?

I tried again last night to transfer money to my nominated account, and every time I am put through to an operator to make the transaction after indicating letter positions from my password.

It may be that the Brummie recognition software cannot understand/ does not like (?!) my North East dialect but any feedback would be appreciated.
