Refund on insurance policy?

Just out of interest, if you purchase an item and it is not suitable (you just don't want/ need it, it's not damaged) and you return it within the stores own returns window (lets say 30 days), are you also entitled to a refund/ credit on any insurance policy you took out with that item?

e.g. lets say you bought a tv from comet with 5 years damage cover, you return the TV within 7 days as per the shops own policy are you entitled also to a refund on the insurance?

Difficult one. If you bought it as a package, I would say yes, although there might be a 'reasonable' fee for the insurance for the few days it was owned.
