  • They do it daily and don't go to jail - we already know the courts bend over and take it raw from the lenders - maybe the old boy network means they still take back-handers

They will NEVER produce fabricated contracts.

    Its jail if they do.

I love the straight talking approach! If someone is wrong then learn by someone who is right in my opinion.

They told me I qualified for the CC with a £2600 limit. I didn't sign the CA though as I have a Tesco CC and Virgin CC with 0% for a period so would be worthless.

Got an OD of £1000 which I asked for though.

When you going to re-apply now??

    You should try reading.

That wasnt given to the court.
I can see a lender mass forging loads of agreements, and then getting caught out by someone who had the foresight to hold an original copy. I wonder what would happen to the lender in such circumstances?

Once again THEY GO TO JAIL

A reconstuted agreement is not a forgery unless it is presented as being the original. Therefore no fraud is commited.
If a claimant stated that they had never signed an agreement and then one did turn up, I believe they then could be liable to prosecution.

Exactly how old are you? You sound like a schoolboy having a tantrum because he can't get his own way.

    You've sussed it too!!

Its one of the funniest ongoing jokes on this site - NeverInDoubt is either a 12 year old or (to quote Family Guy) 'mentally hilarious'.
