But thats just a nice kind of p1ssed...
Personally I'd charge her too. But I'm in that kind of mood today. Pennywise's rounding up the drunk and disorderly is the most logical answer yet, but that won't happen because there's too much paperwork.
I just know I'm not going out tonight because I hate being around sh1tfaced people who vomit on your best shoes, or as has happened to me before now, a total stranger falls over and pull the sleeve off your new shirt on their way down. Idiots. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? They're hardly likely to investigate her class at that point.0 -

Where I am local services are being withdrawn regularly and turning the issue on its head, I could ask why people here can't have a baby locally (because the money ran out and the unit shut), or have elective surgery locally (because the money for that ran out too and the unit shut) yet we continue to treat drunks for free. The most interesting issues are always those where there is both an ethical and a cost issue.
Maybe we should charge people who want to have a baby or elective surgery 'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. Maybe you lot don't think like me. Fair enough... I know this forum is mostly about discussing house prices, but for me the biggest issue that we'll face over the coming year is diminishing resource allocation and paying for it. We all want public services with less waste and greed. Then we want what we use ourselves ring-fenced. I want regular bin collections and good cancer provision, someone else will want good schools, someone else their meals on wheels and weekly carer visit. But what happens when something has to give?
I get that the NHS is supposed to be free at the point of use, I get that loads of taxes are paid on fags and booze that supposedly covers these things, but those taxes will continue to go up (as will other taxes) and the NHS will continue to have what is "free" eroded as has already happened to a great extent in dentistry and eye care. We will all grumble. But seriously, what would you cut or charge for instead (management consultants are probably a given)? What will you do with a reduced budget for healthcare?

Last time I looked we had a national health service catering to the nation not just a select few.Four guns yet only one trigger prepare for a volley.Together we can make a difference.0

I suppose it depends what sort of show they're putting on. tbh I went last year, absolutely rat @ssed on a combination of cider and vodka - and there was nothing really entertaining about the place. Just a load of aggressive drunks, and the patients were almost as bad.0 -
I don't want anything cut, in fact I want an increase in front line services, some brainstorming required and that includes involving the staff (from top to bottom) in seeking out some radical (efficiency) savings.'Just think for a moment what a prospect that is. I'd agree with that Stevie. From my own and DH's very brief experience of working in public services the views of the minions are often not solicited and many good ideas go overlooked. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
