Problem TV

For the past few days my tv has been unable to pick up a freeview signal, it may have been longer but i've been working so have no idea.
I've set up my old tv with a freeview box and it works fine and i've also used the box with my current tv and can get a signal that way so there's obviously nothing wrong with the signal.

What can i do about it?
Its the second time i've had a problem with this tv, the first time the dvd player stopped working so they gave me a new tv. I don't trust this make now so can i request a refund or do i have to accept another replacement?

Its a Technika and was bought in May and replaced in July (I think). Still have the reciepts but can't get to them right now.
I will be phoning them up, just wanted to have an idea of what i was entitled to.
Thanks
