To be fair I dont think M&S know what the orders really mean, one of my orders show as no change buttons next to it - I was told by M&S this is because stock has been allocated. which would make sense as yesterdays order shows like this. I know that's right because all the items I ordered on that one were still available throughout today on and off. As time goes on the change boxes will disappear on your order for those you will definately get, it's what always happens.
