Can anyone help, im trying to order some bras (thanks claire). On the product pages it says i can have collection in store but when i get to the checkout the option is not there. Anyone know why? Sorry I dont shop at M&S very often
    Thanks

I'm afraid that's just the way it is with the sale items...sometimes they're available to collect other times not....bit of potluck really.

It's a shame M&S don't let you add on to previous orders like Amazon do...I always feel I need a good basketful before I order:D

Mind you if Amazon administer their orders they really should look into 'add on'

Totally agree that m&s shoudl let you add on, i have put another 3 orders in today but only for £10 each, so had to pay the delivery on each (still good bagains) but ordered quickly as lost out on a few items earlier today as just kept them in basket and then disapperead. was tempted to canel all 3 orders and try and reorder quickly into 1! any one done this and been successful?

I managed to do it last year but only with 2 items...probably easier with multiple windows open.

Perhaps not previous orders but once you check out one item with one click you have 90 mins to add to that order without another charge.
