Possibly a chunky plastic bracelet? I seem to remember looking at one in those 2 colours where one colour was reduced and the other wasn't. Only a guess though.

I got something similar doing a different search, the things showing full price have been in the sale but in a different colour/size, as the bathroom scales went to £1.50 in a colour no longer there
