To be honest I don't think I'll even get the jewellery I ordered on 11th Jan. Other people have placed bigger jewellery orders since then and they have already received theirs. Mine is just sitting in my account unmoved. I don't know what is going on?

Bless you Lemony, but I think something's trying to tell me not to do it! Thanks anyway but I think I'm going to leave well alone now. Not quite sure what I'd do with brooches anyway lol

ETA an order I placed on 11th Jan for 11 jewellery bits has just moved to 'Despatching soon' this evening, so hopefully they'll get to yours soon.

And a jewellery order from 8th Jan only despatched this Thursday, so it does seem as though the jewellery takes a bit longer.

<UPDATE> I've just checked my account and an order that I HAVE RECEIVED only a couple of days ago (an order I placed on 29th Dec) has completely disappeared from my account... which is a pity because they won't know what to do when I email them with my complaint if they can't even bring my order details up on their system.

Uh oh I can't find any more! These are 2 different brooches that were quite expensive before the sale. I would hurry because things were disappearing out of my basket while I was looking for more links.

Received my mystery jewellery order yesterday & I'm sorry to say most of it is going back! I got the Autograph Empire brooch - didn't like it. Quite bulky gold brooch with diamonds - not my style.

Most of the rest was Limited Collection & too 'trendy' ie chunky collar necklaces or big diamante chandalier earings with coloured stones.

I loved the New Home keyrings though -ordered a few for gifts.:cool:

Oh no, all my orders have gone to despatching soon or despatched and I was sure they were supposed to be cancelled?! And items I was sure were ghost stock are being sent too! Even the three pack of girls tops which I was certain was ghost stock. There is hope for orders that haven't moved yet, those ones hadn't moved for 4 days!
