Showing my ignorance.... I thought a float set was a buoyancy aide to help kids learn to swim..... which I assume this isn't.
What is a 'float set' please ?

I don't believe it! I stayed up until 3.30am last night and nothing happened on the M&S website, and in the end I had to go to bed because I was exhausted! I wasn't very well this morning so I stayed in bed, and I had to go into town for food shopping earlier so I didn't get the chance to come online until 10pm tonight. I have just been reading through this thread and it looks like I missed some fab offers that came online after 4am this morning (just after I went to bed)! I'm getting so fed up with M&S because all of my orders apart from one little one have been cancelled by M&S, nothing has been delivered yet and to top it all off I've not found one bit of cashmere or a nice jumper/cardi in my size.
Grrrrr at the whole thing!

In this instance, some kind of jewellery I believe. Bit of a lottery as no pics to go on but you can return to store if you dont like what you order.
Some things can also be delivered to store for free (not all) so in those cases it costs you nothing to find out - if you like it you can keep it, if not full refund.

Its a necklace on a fine wire? So the beads appear to be 'floating'. 3 strands, different colour beads, some faceted. Sort of pink, aqua and a kind of citrine colour. Quite pretty. Earrings (drop) wit it too. If someone wants to instruct me how to post photos I'll have a go.

I'm a size 10/12 but if it's a jumper/cardi a bigger size might be ok 'cos you can wear jumpers baggy depending on the style. If it's a dress I'd need a size 10/12 I expect otherwise it would drown me, lol.

The DVD player is still showing as 'to be dispatched soon' but I doubt I'll get it as all my other one click orders got cancelled by M&S for no reason, without even so much as an email!

I popped into my local store a few days ago and all they had were bras (none in my size) and 100's of paper napkins, lol. I did see a member of staff carrying a basket and when I sneaked a peek over her shoulder there was a teapot for £1 in there, so I asked if I could have it. Other than that there was nothing exciting in there. I did notice a snapped in half jewellery holder for £3 but I didn't fancy that OBVIOUSLY!
