Having you looked at the tracking info in 'My Account'? That should say if it got loaded on to the HDL van or if Parcel Force has sent it out for delivery from the local depot.

Aaagh! Just spoke to the delivery company - my dvd (nominated delivery day yesterday), is coming tomorrow, when no-one will be in. And no, it can't be changed - they have to come, even though I just told them I'd be out. They'll deliver an 'I'm sorry you were out' card & I'll use the number on it to re-arrange delivery for next week! Can this really be a cost effective way to do business?!

Meanwhile, 2 non-nominated delivery parcels, due 18th / 19th Jan have both just arrived.

S'pose I shouldn't be surprised really - & at least the dvd really does seem to exist!

i saw that one but didn't want it as £3.00 still seems expensive, there was a lovely red black and white dress. After my order yesterday of girls clothes going oos it was a bit of a disappointment as I have been waiting for them to update girls clothes all day
