Need help! Am trying to explain to my son over the phone how to return the "louis rope" but he says there's not label with return address on the paperwork /invoice. Can anyone tell me ow he does this please TIA?

You go in to your order details on line click on returns and follow the instructions.

Difficult to answer this question. Have you considered the possiblity that you son is fibbing about the lack of a label, and simply wants to keep the Louis Bling rope for himself to embark on a lucrative career in rap music? Bling! Bling!
