I was going to order knickers (adult) and the offer is buy one get one half price on the £12 packs. However, when I went to the actual item there was no mention of the discount and I didn't want to go to checkout in the hope the discount might get taken. There's a lot of problems with M & S website just now. *Thinks* sofas, think M & S.:money:

However it is described as a floral ruby anniversary, so me thinks if I ordered this I will be getting a card.

I do feel sorry for the person who has got this wrong. There are going to be a lot of returns and unnecessary admin costs!

I think you will get what the item is described as rather than the image!

I have emailed them re delivery charge, so we will see! I wanted to add more items to an order but couldnt do that only cancel items or so it seemed. I want to order more now having browsed some more but it will cost me naother delivery charge unless I can add to the original order. Anyone know if this is possible?

When I placed an order the other day it came up that if I ordered more within 30 mins it would be added to other order - saving on postage. And sure enough it did. Think I ordered through one click button but am sure have not had this option before. so probably no help??

Didn't order a sofa but I have been checking my order details every hour to see if my Cocktail Shaker has been despatched. My mannequin has gone to "despatched soon" and I can't change the order now but the Cocktail Shaker I can still change. I'll be really upset if they cancel this one

I managed to order -

2 x cocktail shakers - £6 total
2 x jewellery boxes - £10 total (although im not quite sure what will turn up as the description and pictures were different?)
3 x christmas tags - 75p total

I'm very happy with my bits as they will be used for presents over the next few months :j
