I've looked at this thread for far too much of today. Can't believe I'm seriously considering ordering jewellery without knowing what it looks like! Any one know if there are pictures anywhere?

I tried to change one from collection to nominated delivery but keep getting an error message. Think I will just keep my fingers crossed and wait till Monday

Go into My Account, then to Open and Recently Despatched Orders. With the listing of the order is a grey box with View or Change Order. That takes you to the opportunity to amend your delivery to a nominated date, which you can choose.

I know it sounds obvious but you'd be suprised. Please no one ring up regarding their DVD player order, even to ask for a change of delivery date, that will mean human eyes will be looking at it (instead of just a computer processing it) if someone notices the 0.00 it is likely to be flagged and cancelled. It sounds crazy but I've read on other threads people posting that they rang to ask if a glitch would be honoured:rolleyes:.

Not working on mine. Will let me change everything bar delivery options. Thanks for answering tho.
