Thanks Bongoshopping - Just got my delivery, driver battled thro the icy road and got stuck for 20 mins, so when he delivered what obviously was not 2 footstools, I didn't have the heart to refuse delivery! It was 2 clear glass vases at £19.50 each, not reduced. I rang CS very pleasantly, and they agreed to refund my account and let me keep the vases. May be good as a future present for someone? Also pleased with my free corkscrew. Thanks for your help.
