I placed two orders with m&s and got confirmation emails (gifts and clothing,not the sofas),when I go into my account to tracked them it says I have placed no orders,does this mean my items were all out of stock and they were cancelled????? I've had no cancellation emails

I have just checked my orders from clicking from the confirmation emails and they are still there. Not been dispatched yet though!
