Item I select has option for store delivery.
In stock
But once in basket, there is no option for store collection, only home delivery.
Unhelpful M&S just keeps telling me to select store at particular stage in ordering process.

I have done it before, so I know how it should work..... but if the option for store collection is not there, how can I override their wretched system ???


Of course random items stay at store collection, but 2 bits I really want, this option disappears once you get the item in the basket..
Anyone else had this problem, or is it just the Old Bag being thick ?

Same for me too. Get the things into the basket and it changes to home delivery only. I suspect that is why they are still in stock.
