Well, I got my Bird Wall Hook!
I thought I may use it as a present for someone, but I can't think of anyone it would be suitable for, so as I decided to return it! Problems there though!
The parcel summary and returns slip, aren't mine.... they have someone elses details and item number!

Anyway success, I phoned customer services to explain and was refunded the £9.50 and told to keep the Bird Hook as complimentary. So I'm quite happy.

Grrrr this is all I want. Placed an order earlier today but really dont want to pa £3.50 again to order. So annoying especially as its says deliver to store next to the item but when you go to checkout that isnt an option.

I sent an email I've placed quite a few orders being trapped in the house due to snow and asked if they could be combined. They said it was too late to combine them but when I received an order to let them know and they would refund the delivery charge so worth asking about.

Ive already rang up and asked and there isnt anything they can do apparently. I think it depends who you get on the phone. I may try again when the things have arrived.
